What kind of diet would you recommend for a college freshman who is trying to get in shape?

I am a freshman in college and all the college food has led me to gain weight. So I was wondering what kind of diet you would recommend to start so that I can loose the weight I want and look like my self again.

    1. don’t eat college food.
    2. if you can’t do that, then find the vegetables
    3. look for lean protein: chicken, fish, beans, etc.
    4. stay away from the oily, deep fried sh**
    5. and finally, hit the gym during your off period or run around campus a couple times

    U shud start eating less calories food such as salad, lettuce, milk, etc.
    Don’t eat that much sugar.Do lots of push ups and lap running. I guarantee u this wud 100% work

    swallow a tapeworm…….nah lol kidding uhmmm cut the carbs and grease and drink a cup water before ever meal. if you drink a cup of water before each meal then you can eat as much as you want. just DO NOT GET LAZY always drink a whole glass of water before. and try to exercise some :-/
