What is wrong with my body shape?
Im 5 foot 10-11 ish, and i have a rectangular body shape. I don’t think im fat but upper back is really weird, it’s like i have natural cupcakes. Really there are two little lumps around the back of my hips but then it goes back to the size of my waist. Is that where your obliques are? Or is there any way i can tone my upper back or get rid of that? Thanks.
Taking a pilates/yoga class would be super helpful for some toning. Swimming is another good way to tone all parts of your body and get some good exercise. Swimmers have great bodies!
Get an anatomy chart or book with human anatomy like Grey’s anatomy at the library and try to define if it is muscle or bone or fat. The next time you go for a physical, ask the doctor. I doubt it is anythng, and I wouldn’t be concerned about it.
