What is the best way to exercise that will tone all parts of my body?
I am looking for someone to help me(to give the best answer award to,lol)find the best to……….have fun,get in great shape, loose alot of weight, tone up,and just have a fabulous body shape. Most exercises are painful, boooooooooring, don’t show ANY results, and just a waste of time.Well,i hope someone can help me.I WILL REPLY TO ANYONE WHO E-MAILS ME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Thanks for reading my ad.
Do a variety of exercises – cardio to burn off fat, and weights to tone the muscles that will emerge as the fat melts away. I think if you mix it up and listen to music, it won’t be so boring. You could also try a class at the gym or martial arts if you like to be around others.
Exercising helped me to lose a lot of weight when I married it together it along with using acai berry. I understand they say that pills won’t work, nevertheless they sure worked for me, and they have been featured on CNN too. There’s a free trial going on currently at http://tatisynt.janes.pt , try it out, what’s the worst that could happen?
swimming or running target all muscle groups. Use a dance mat for cardio work and more fun
Definately swimming. It’s amazing fun (It’s a lot funner if you can swim at the beach, rather than in a pool) and really great for toning up your entire body, especially your abs and shoulder/arms.
Surfing is awesome too, the fun part is learning to get up and stay up, and it tones you all over too!
To loose weight – cardio (exercise which gets heart rate up); swimming, running, cycling. Start with 15 minutes a day, then build it up to 30 as you get fitter…. You need to give your body time to adjust, otherwise it won’t be effective. Doing more than 1 hour of exercise a day is bad; it wastes muscle tissue.
To tone muscles – stretches, like stomach crunches, lunges, squats and arm curls.
Swimming is fantastic cardio, and it uses every muscle in the body, without putting too much pressure on them like running does.

Hey honey
Personally, I think Swimming is the easiest option. However, I would recommend Pole dancing, as this tones all of your muscles, is great fun AND you learn great dance moves too. You can buy removable poles (you put them up and down with ease as you wish) or permanent ones (they screw into your ceiling and floor) the removable ones are best, methinks, as most are sturdy and no damage is cause to your ceiling/floor. I recommend the peekaboo Aerobics pole..its quite pricey at £69, but is sturdy enough to spin and balance on. (you can get the cheaper one, but it isn’t as sturdy and you cant spin around it. Just dance, really) you can buy it here:

I believe this whole body toning program that strengthens, firms and builds lean muscle mass into all your major muscle groups (arms, legs, thighs, butts, back, chest, abs, hips….) to give them shapes and forms, would be suitable for you: http://www.perfect-body-toning.com/body-toning-exercises.html
Exercises aren’t painful, if you do them the right way- warm up first, then do the exercise proper ( i.e. a routine of cardio exercise; then strength train your muscles with the above body toning program or you do weights and then finally some stretching….) followed by a refreshing cool-down.
