What is a good detox diet that i should try without major health risks?

I’ve looked into the lemon detox and it can apparently make you feel run down and gain wait after it is complete.
I can deal with only drinking liquid i can manage fasting.
Also i am bad with sticking to a diet unless it tells you what to eat and when, like a good guideline roster.
