What do I need to do to get the body I want?
I am a 16 year old male, I want to get my body into shape. Im more wanting to shape my Chest and Stomach. I have a bowflex and ab loung available to use. Ive talked with my dad a bit and he has told me that excersive and a diet will fix this.
What diet plan should a 16 year old use? I am at 140 pounds, (I am slim). Do I need to diet to keep my body shaped? What do you guys suggest I do to get my body at my desired level?
take protein shakes and starting lifting weights…the protein will help you gain weight and the weight lifting will convert that weight into muscle.

diets dont work look at your sedentary life style
and unconscious eating watching tv
so you dont connect with ur body
When you use the Bowflex or Ab Lounger, do the movements as SLOW as you can. I know that’s boring because guys want to do a lot instead. It’s the "point of fatigue" where you can do even one more that will give you the body you want.
It will take about 1 week to see some results, and by 6 weeks you’ll really look different!
Don’t rush through the exercise machines or do them fast. All that does is burn calories, not build muscle!
Stay fit enough to feel good and be in good health and then just learn to be greatful for having been so blessed to have a body. That you will like it and be happy with it.
You should actually use the bowflex if you want to look like the guy in the bowflex commercial.
