What can I add to my diet to have a bowel movement?

I’ve changed my diet for the past 6mths I eat oatmeal with flax seed ground, and tea in mornings w/banana and then lunch either chicken of fish with veggies and iceburge lettuce and drink at least 6-8cups of water a day. But I still don’t have bowel movements once a day instead it’s 2-3days. So my question is what can I take or change in my diet to have bowel movements once a day.

you can try raisins, prunes, peanuts, salads, any fruits with the skins ie: apples, pears, peaches, plums. I had the same problem too for a while, you just want to make sure your eating things high in fiber. Or try a vitamin.

Go to GNC or a vitamin store and there are some pills that you can take daily. Those cleansers work well.
