Youre talking about spot reduction. Cant be done. Fat is lost throughtout your body, Cant tell it where to go from.

U do aerobic exercises to lose fat. And HIIT is the best way to do it.

just portion control your food intake smartly…you dont have to diet…yoga, pilates, walking and swimming are great for combatting belly fat

crunches are good but you’d have to do alot of them, situps help more. but you aren’t gonna see any results without healthy diet

You can’t spot treat body fat, sorry. Just focus on losing the weight

(whenever you lose weight, you’re losing fat and muscle tissue. Working with weights helps decrease the mass of muscle tissue loss)

and continue to exercise with a bit of dumbbells in there. As for stomach exercises, try:

    -Planks
-Lying on your back, and bring your legs/thrighs to a 90ยบ angle facing up, and then back down (place your hands at your sides)
-Lying on your back, move in as if you’re doing a crunch, bring your legs up, and pretend you’re cycling on a bike.

It’s good that you’re on a diet because the diet makes a bigger difference than just stomach exercises.

This site has more than 50 stomach exercises and some free stomach workouts.

Sorry to tell you but, you cant spot treat tummy fat. But what you can do is tone up your whole body. A great way is portion control, watch your food intake, but don’t deprive yourself. Also, if you have Comcast On Demand, they have hundreds of free workouts! Just go to on demand then sports&fitness then click whichever you want! Youtube has workouts too

Sorry to tell you this, but you can’t target where you want to lose weight or gain muscle.

Some good exercises though are sitting down on the floor, knees bent, butt flat, and back flat. Now put both arms out and touch ankles.

    Hope that helped!
