Right now I eat La Yogurt Original low fat yogurt, but I’ve been looking around websites and found that its not the best yogurt for weight loss and stuff. What do you suggest?
What is a good diet plan for a 20 year old woman?
I am 20,5’7, and weigh 200lb. I wanted to know a great cheap diet I could use. Im into eating yogurt and those grain bars with the nuts and fruit in them. I need something I could really stick to without starving myself or feeling like I have to cheat just to have a decent meal.

Just found out I was pregnant. went to the doctor cuz of a smelly discharge. She told me it wasn’t bacterial vaginosis, it was just that i needed more good bacteria up there?? she suggested that i should stick some yogurt up there. she didnt wanna give any kind of creme because of my ealry stage of pregnancy. what should i do? has anyone ever done that? does it really work?
How can I counter diarrhea in a 5-year old from AMOXICILLIN-POT CLAVULANATE?
This is an antibiotic for ear infections. My son is on day 3 of 10 of this stuff and already has mild diarrhea. Dr says to finish the medication and does not have any advice other than giving yogurt, which I do, but it doesn’t help. The symptoms of ear infection are gone. Are there any pro-biotic supplements or anti-diarrheal treatment safe for 5-year old kids? Note that my son is big for his age, he weighs 52lb. Thanks!

How can I make my diet routine more effective?
I have been eating a piece of fruit for breakfast (9am) a snack,(11am) usually a yogurt or slimfast muffin bar with an apple juice. For lunch (12:30 or 1:00pm) a 6inch from Subway *not a meal with chips and soda* around 3 I have another snack, fruit. I go to the gym for 6, run 30 mins and a few machines. Now, my problem lies with dinner, it always varies and I’m looking for some good ideas. Dinner is usually around 7 or 8 to prevent myself from snacking later. Any tips for working more exercise into my day would be apppreciated as well or reducing my hunger from dinner until breakfast. So far, I have lost 4lbs in 2 weeks of this routine. for my third week, I’d like to lose 2lbs or more, if possible. I am not looking for a crash diet, just a way to work my schedule with the diet and exercise to maintain weight loss until i reach my goal of 10-15lbs.
