What's a structured weight loss routine for a 15 year old girl?
So I am 15 years old, 5 feet 1 inch, and weight about 135 pounds. I dislocated my knee back in April and have been going to physical therapy, but it isn’t much of a workout. I might start going to a gym, but I have no idea on where to start in terms of a proper diet or workout routine for good results. I want to lose at least 2-3 pounds a week, but I’m not sure if this is reasonable. Can anyone with workout/weight loss experience help me out?
Are ab belts a good companion to diet and work out?
I work out 4 times a week, and trying to be on a strict diet. I saw these ab belts on tv. Has anyone used this? It looks like it’s something I can use while watching tv to accompany my existing workout routine. Any suggestions?
What is a quick workout combo to gain muscle?
So I’m 17, I’ve been tall and skinny all my life. I weigh 142, and im 6’2. I hate it. I need to beef up some. I feel that if I do, my esteem will rise when i confront women. So what is a good workout routine? Including diets, products i should get from GNC.etc
What is the best diet and exercise routine that I can use to get in shape by the end of summer?
I don’t eat much fast food at all.
I eat fruit everyday.
I only drink one soft drink a day.
I did tennis, but seemed to only gain weight.
I’m doing cross country this summer (hopefully) as well.
I just want to get in shape and I really want to trim around my thighs and tummy.
Any particular workout routine or diet that you know of that works well?
