I am outraged at Special K sponsorship. What would you rather have for breakfast? Special K or Pizza?

Author: I am completely outraged at the marketing of Special K as a fitness and weightloss product. And women love it! They eat it by the tons!
My problem is the following:
354 calories per 100 grams, no protein, no fiber, what it DOES have is sugar! 29%! That’s three times as much as soda, and 4% more than chocolate!
So what would you rather eat for breakfast? The above? Or pizza, which is almost the same amount of calories, but full of vitamins, minerals and protein?
