Is there any natural weight loss program that you can recommend?

I’m looking for a website that can help track my progress in a weight loss program without telling me what to do. I just want a place that will keep a food journal and keep track of the exercise I’ve been doing. Maybe a place to keep a blog or share it with other people who are trying to lose weight. Does anyone know of a place like this? I just looked at FitDay but I didn’t really like it. Any suggestions? Of course if it’s free that would be awesome!

My wife and I have been on a Dr. weight loss program since April 2010 and I have lost 186 lbs and my wife lost 155 lbs. Our Dr just called and asked if we would be interested in using us in a marketing campaign. Should we be represented or just go with the flow.

I’m looking for a meal replacement drink to help aid in my weight loss program. I can’t eat 6 times a day(I get real nauseous when I eat more than 2 times. I usually only eat once a day) so I plan to use the drink to replace the physical meal. What’s the best brand? and most importantly TASTE. Which TASTES THE BEST?

At the gym I use the EFX® Elliptical Fitness Crosstrainer™ and I use the weight loss program setting. It asks for my weight and age, and it uses that to determine crossramp and time intervals. My goal is to lose 20 pounds, and i was just wondering if this setting actually works or if there is something that would be better for losing weight? (I can’t run because I have a problem with my feet and ankles)
I am currently on a doctor approved diet for weightloss, i am merely wondering about what type of excercise i should be doing

I take 600 mg of prescription Ibuprofen 2 X a day. Will this medication interfere with a weight loss program? I hate to go through all that misery if the medicine is going to inhibit weight loss.
