I have been working out for a few months now and I am looking to step up my game. I want a good muscle building supplement; at the moment I’m stuck between the nitrous products and creatine. Where I am really stuck is I want to find a weight loss product that works well and is all natural, but will also interact well with the muscle building supplement. Anyone know a good combination of products I could use?

I asked a question about another product earlier and someone suggested Wu-yi tea to me as a helpful weight loss product. Can someone tell me more about this product? Is it really helpful? Can someone who has used it tell me if it was helpful to them? Other then drinking the tea did you do anything else? What exactly does it do to you?
