What is appropriate underwear for women's exercise outfit?

I’ve recently begun an exercise program (by myself) ad i am looking to buy an outfit for working out in. I am only interested in buying women’s sportswear. My main question is, is there a specific type(s) of underwear for working out? Do they make panties just for that? if so, what are they and where can i get them. Also what are some clothes you would suggest, i think i would prefer tighter fitting things. Thanks for all your help
I should mention that i am a guy

Ladies help… women health?

I’m a early teen and havent gotten my period.
But recently I have been finding this gooy white/clear stuff in my underwear.
Also i am fully cleaning myself but my underwear is still getting stained with this kind of yellowy white stuff.

whats happening?

Some 'down there' questions?!?

1) So, how do rotten fish smell and how does a musky scent smell? I’ve never smelled rotten fish so I wouldn’t know if my vagina has some infection. I wash it every day very gently with white Dial soap. It feels fresh and clean afterwards and I can only smell whatever the scent is when I get as close as I can.
2) What is a pantyliner?? I have no clue!
3) How many times a week should I sleep without underwear on?
Any tips?
Thanks in advance!
This is supposed to be a Yahoo! product question? Interesting . . . I think I’ll go with women’s health . . .

Why do women care about what underwear they wear on dates?

Is it really that big of a deal? Do men really look into that on making opinions on women based on what underwear they wear? I would rather wear regular panties and show class, even if it’s showing.

Did you know that talc (in baby powder) has been found to cause cancer?

"Numerous studies have shown a strong link between frequent use of talc in the female genital area and ovarian cancer. "

A lot of people recommended baby powder for use in my underwear on my period, and I appreciate the help. I just wanted to post this as a heads up to let those people know it might not be safe.

Taken from:

Talc particles are able to move through the reproductive system and become imbedded in the lining of the ovary. Researchers have found talc particles in ovarian tumors and have found that women with ovarian cancer have used talcum powder in their genital area more frequently than healthy women.2

1. Do not buy or use products containing talc. It is especially important that women not apply talc to underwear or sanitary pads.

Where do other African-American women buy bras and panties?

I am curious what shops or websites or brands that other african-american women shop for underwear (bras and panties). If you can reply with your age (you can round it up or down, ha) and where you shop or what brands you like for that kinda stuff? Obviously our bodies and style are different from most white women.
