I have a pear-shaped body. Is there any diet or exercise I can do to lose weight on my lower half?

I gain most of my weight on my butt and thighs and always lose weight on my face, arms, stomach, and chest area. I want to slim my lower body so that it’s even with my slimmer upper body.

Any way to lessen or get rid of an hourglass shaped body?

Ok, so I’m a guy and I’m trying to get rid of my hourglass shaped body and replacing it with a "V" shaped body. I think the problem might be my genetics because my pelvis bone is kind of large. Should I lose some muscle in my thighs because there’s no fat in there, only muscle and I think it might be contributing to the problem.

how do you get rid of stretch marks?

How do you know if your an apple/pear/hourglass body shape?

From what i know an apple gains weight mostly in their mid-section & have a waist to hip ratio of around 0.80.
Pear body shapes gain weight in their hips & thighs
Hourglasses may gain weight in the bust & hip area.
What if you mostly gain weight in your lower abdomen, hips & bottom?
What is the most probably body shape you’d fall into?

What's a reasonable weight loss goal for me?

I am between 5’4" and 5’5"and I weigh 140 pounds. What is a reasonable weight loss goal for me where I am not unhealthily thin? Some of the weight is muscle, but I have fat around my belly, thighs and upper arms. I want to reduce the fat, but not to the point where I’m skin and bones. Whats a good amount of weight to lose?
