I’m 15, 5’3" and 158-160lbs.
My bust is 40, waist 33, and it’s really weird. I don’t know if this is normal, but my hips are a 41, around my thighs is 44, and around my low waist is 43. So, what measurement would I go by for jeans-around my thighs since that is the widest, or my actual hips?

I’m not asking if I’m fat, I just want to know if I have an hourglass body.

My hips are 35.5 inches around.
My waist is 29 inches around.
&
My breasts are 33 inches around.
Most of my fat goes to my love-handles and thighs, and i have very long boney fingers if any of that helps. please help me!

Okay, here’s the deal.
I’m a girl. Plain & simple.
I have a so called " pear-shaped" body.
I’m not liking the look.
I have a big butt, and wide hips.
If I jog regularly, will I trim off that weight around my thighs, hips and butt?

If I could slim my "love handles" and thighs, I would be happy with my body shape. I know you cannot "target" weight loss, as I have heard this too often, but there has to be someway to slim those areas. What exercises are best? Or foods not to eat?

If you dont have any home-exercise equipment…what is the best weight loss exercise for your hips? butt? thighs? TY and Happy Holidays!

Okay So I Want This Reallyy Cute Halloween Costume(I’m 13 by the way) But I Think Im To Big For It :( So Ik That I’m Going To Cut Back On Food Drink Water And Juice Instead Of Soda(apple juice,orange juice etc..) But Does That Help With My Thighs Too?? Also I Plan On Starting Tomorrow Because I Want It To Be A Different Week Also Do You Think Its Possible For Me To Loose Weight By Then??
