I have an apple shaped body and need build my legs and thighs and to reduce the shoulder and back fat?
My body shows typical Apple shape, thin legs, big boobs, bra fat and undefined waist line. I do Arobics and that didnt help al all since it reduces only the lower body (legs)
I need to reduce more of the upper body includes bra fat and bufferllow hup and to build up thighs
How to tone my body up?
I love to run and use the stairs but I need to get better in shaping my body. I want to know how to tone my body as of butt, stomach, thighs and etc ? I need help Im 19 and I weigh about 127 now I use to weight 115 a few days ago lol. My bf works out but he goes over the limit , so how can I do it on my own at home or outside?
Weight loss?
I want to loss weight in certain areas of my body.
My thighs, my "love handles", and my stomach.
Other than becoming anorexic and belimic how would I be able to lose this body fat?
You have to understand that I can’t go out to a gym, I’m only 14 and my parents wouldn’t pay for me. I do have a treadmil though in my room. Plus I can go with a diet, but what foods should I eat and not eat? How long would it be before I could notice changes? How much should I do in a day?

Exercise for a girl with a pear shaped body?
Okay, so im 16 and about 125 lbs. I don’t want to really lose weight but I would really love to tone my lower body. That would be my lower stomach, butt, and thighs. :( And plus, I’m going to Costa Rica on a school trip in about 2 months.
So I need to know some really good lower body toning exercises. And plus is indoor cylcling good for both cardio AND toning?
Target water weight loss on the abdomen?
I know that targeting weight loss and spot reduction aren’t possible, but I’ve been trying to lose the last bit of water weight in my thighs, stomach and love handles. I’ve stayed on a pretty consistent diet over the past month and every area has toned down except for my midsection.
When I do cardio, is there a way I can make my mid section sweat more to eliminate more water weight? I drink plenty of water each day, so I am making sure the excess salt is removed from my body. Is there something, like wrapping ACE bandages around my body that’ll help me sweat more from that area?
What is my body shape based on my measurements? Apple, pear, hourglasss or boy shape?
Bust = 34 inches.
Waist = 28 inches.
Hips = 34 inches.
When I put on weight I normally put it on my thighs and my lower half, thanks!
