Sambazon acai pills – how effective are they at speeding up weight loss?
has anyone ever heard of these? me and my mom just started taking these and we really want to know if they cause any type of weight loss. i play a lot of tennis and eat really healthy, i want to know if taking the acai stuff will speed up the weight loss. also are these good quality pills?
please only respond to this if you or someone you know hav taken these cause i really want an honest reivew of these, thanks and please don’t say they’re rip offs if you haven’t even tried them.
What should I get for a 58 year old woman who is very active and has everything she could want?
PS she plays tennis, yoga and can probably whoop a 30 year old physically, plus she has money, I don’t and I have a limit. (family rules) She is a professional violinist but doesn’t want anything related to that. I am totally stumped. She likes pretty things. Thank you.
WEIGHT loss??!!?
i am age 12 and i am not satisfied with my body. i i am about 5 feet and 3-4 inches, and weigh 105 pounds. now, i play tennis about everyday, so i am very active. i want to lose my fat and gain muscle..and diet plans that have helped anyone? also, i dont know understand alot about carbs and proteins, i look online but its a bit complicated. anyone willing to say how many calories or carbs should i eat a day???please, nobody tell me i dont need to lose weight. i am not doing this cause of my appearance in the mirror, i am doing this for my sport. so typically my questions are:
how many calories/carbs should i eat a day?
how many times should i work out a day and how long?
any websites that helped anyone?
What can I do to put on 20 pounds of pure muscle in several months? diet tips and workout tips?
I am looking for an extremely specific routine was exact details. Exact things in the gym and diet tips. I want a program where i don’t have to go in the gym that much because tennis takes up a huge portion of my life and i also have fitness for tennis. I want to get noticeably big and muscular but i also want to continue to work on my tennis with the same intensity. Please help!

I don’t eat much fast food at all.
I eat fruit everyday.
I only drink one soft drink a day.
I did tennis, but seemed to only gain weight.
I’m doing cross country this summer (hopefully) as well.
I just want to get in shape and I really want to trim around my thighs and tummy.

Weight Loss?
I’m going to try out for the volleyball, softball, and tennis for extra-curricular activities for high school. Is this good for improving weight loss? If not is their any other sports I can try. Next summer I am going to do swimming. I am somewhat overweight.
