I have a young woman, 21, who is trying to get off Marijuana.?
Now that she has quit she is having trouble sleeping.
Does anyone have this experience and know of things that will help her sleep?
She has tried Sleepytime Extra Tea, Chamomile (of course) and she only want to take natural products as the drugs that the doctors keep putting her on have side effects that are very undesireable as well.
She is in school and needs to be able to keep up and not miss anymore classes; but she needs proper rest.

Where am I going wrong with my weight loss?
I am aiming to lose approx 24 pounds.
I began seriously working on this 20 days ago.
I eat about 1100 calories a day, mostly carbohydrates.
This includes 4 cups of tea/cofee.
I walk for an hour every morning.
So far my weight loss has been 2 pounds in 20 days.
Where am I going wrong?
Thanks.
Yogi women's moon cycle tea and breast growth.?
I have been drinking Yogi’s moon cycle tea for around two months and my left breast which was slightly smaller than the right has grown a little bit. I’m in my early twenties and I was wondering if it could have been the tea. Here is the tea I drank http://www.yogiproducts.com/products/details/womans-moon-cycle/ I have had about a cup almost everyday. My breasts stopped growing when I was almost 18. It does contain some Dong Quai and I have heard that can help breasts grow but I’m not sure. I’m not taking any birth control. I just want to know if it is possible the tea could have caused breast growth.

Don't healthcare workers use far too many disposable gloves?
In my nursing home they’ve just banned latex gloves except for blood loss situations and internal medical procedures (medical staff only) and most of my collegues are up in arms. Why is it that nursing staff are so keen to use gloves when they are unnecessary? For things like changing, feeding, washing or showering patients they really are unnecessary. They dehumanise patients. I would not want people refusing to touch me without gloves on! Sorry, but just wash your hands with the correct anti-germ agents!!! Thes people must grow up. Old age is not contagious!
In response to a few of the comments, this approach is actually in line with Dept of Heath advice. It does not contravene Universal Precautions. Universal Precautions do not apply in all circumstances. If you work in an office, you do not presumably wear marigolds to shake hands with clients or to serve them tea. I am merely observing that gloves are often used where there is no clinical need. Some of my collegues have gloves on 24/7, just ‘in case’, even when they are sitting around in the staff room sipping their tea!
