I drink green tea for it’s benefits,
hot water w/lemon to help burn calories
eat grapefruit to help burn calories
drink pomegranite juice for heart benefits
take vit D supplements to help prevent disease
diluted vinegar on hair a couple times a year to clean off hair products
To Pop Top…I’m not looking for a fountain of youth. Re: vit. D, I got skin cancer despite using a sunscreen therefore with my risk factor I choose to stay out of the sun and take vit. D.

I appreciate the doc’s advice very much, peaceful living is definitely something that I need to strive for.

I’m 17. For elementary & middle school, I was picked on everyday really badly for being the quiet smart girl that never said anything. I used to have guys a foot taller than me try to punch me. I had mean girls come up to me all the time and tell me straight to my face that I was ugly. I looked really ugly because I never cared about my appearance and I grew up with just my army dad and without a mom in the house to help me look nice. My childhood was shitty and I was miserable the entire time.

I hated my childhood so much and now I want to make up for it. I’m not ugly or nerdy looking anymore and I finally get attention from guys. I want to hook up with a lot of guys (safely). I am turning into a slut. I don’t want a boyfriend because I am afraid of being hurt. The idea of marriage and having kids totally digusts me and turns me off. I don’t want to be tied down. I want to be free.

I am also depressed and am scared of aging. Whenever I leave the house, I put on tons of sunscreen because I am afraid of getting wrinkles and sun damage. At night, I put on a anti-wrinkle night cream on my face. In my mind, if I put on anti-wrinkle things then I will stay young and will be able to avoid aging and death that way. I have problems.

Am I crazy in the head?

What are the best drug store brand moisturizer with sunscreen or just daily suncreen to use on face? I have dry skin that is prone to breakouts. Olay regenerist made me break out and Ocean Potion 50 spf anti aging was ok, but the avobenzene does not go well with my skin. I like CeraVe a lot, but it doesn’t have spf in it. any suggestions or experiences. thanks.

I am looking for a good moisturizer for my face. I want something for day and something for night. Maybe something with sunscreen for day and anti-aging for night. Please help. Thanks.

I am still a teenager but I have abused my skin in the past, sun-overexposure and 2 years of smoking. I was wondering, if my skin can repair most of the damage on it’s own? I take really good care of my skin now High-end sunscreen with no more smoking.Plus regulary exfoliating and taking herbal/vitamin supplements. Does my skin have the ability to regenerate and heal on it’s own, without the use of anti-aging products to keep me from premature signs of aging? My skin has no visable signs of damage. So by taking excellent care of my skin NOW and being so young, do I still have to suffer 10-15 years from now?
