Target water weight loss on the abdomen?
I know that targeting weight loss and spot reduction aren’t possible, but I’ve been trying to lose the last bit of water weight in my thighs, stomach and love handles. I’ve stayed on a pretty consistent diet over the past month and every area has toned down except for my midsection.
When I do cardio, is there a way I can make my mid section sweat more to eliminate more water weight? I drink plenty of water each day, so I am making sure the excess salt is removed from my body. Is there something, like wrapping ACE bandages around my body that’ll help me sweat more from that area?
Weight loss?
I’m 14, 110 lbs, and 5’3", and I want to lose a little bit of weight. I’m not saying I’m fat or anything, but I do have a little bit more of it than I would like. In two weeks, I have a pool party to go to, and I want to feel 100% comforatable in a bikini, which i’m not totally now. What are the best, fastest methods of weight loss that you know?
And please don’t tell me that i don’t need to lose weight because I have a slight amount of excess fat on me (especially on my stomach), and I’m not asking whether I should or not.
Is it normal for your body to look awkward until puberty is over?
My body shape is just… bleh. All my fat seems to go to my stomach, my back looks weird, my head is too small, whateverwhatever.
I hope that I’m just an ugly duckling that will eventually blossom..
How to shape the body?
My wife delivered second child recently, both are normal delivery. After first child delivery her body was in good shape. but now she is having big stomach and hanging everyside. I asked her do some exercise but she feel lazy. is it any possible way to shape body again – serious answers pls
intense stomach and back pain, and significant weight loss?
I have been experiencing a significant amount of weight loss (about 5-10 lbs in the last 3 days) with extremely sharp pains on my lower back, stomach, and abdominal area. The pain only comes every once in a while and during that, I experience shortness of breath. I haven’t had any vomiting, or fever. I had my period about 4 days ago.

I’ve been trying to lose weight for a few months and think I’ve lost about 15 lbs at most. Some of it seems to be in my stomach/thigh/hip area; however, I am concerned that dieting will cause me to lose my D cup breasts (one of the few features about myself that I like). I know that weight loss cannot target certain areas of the body, but is there any way to prevent/monitor this?
