how do i tone up my stomach/abs?

I’m 17,Female, 5’6" and 53kgs. I Have a BMI of between 19 and 20 which is healthy for my weight. I’m skinny except for in my stomach abdominal region where my fat is located. even though im normal weight because the rest of my body is skinny my stomach sticks out and it looks like a potbelly and some days i look like im in the early stages of pregnancy when im not! I Usually wouldnt worry but its really noticeable.
So my question is, Can anybody recommend some exercises that will tone up my stomach abdominal region and do not require going to the gym?
Thanks!

Discharge instead of my period?

About a month ago I had unprotected sex, and had to use the Plan B pill the day after. A week or so following taking the pill, I had an extremely (and I stress extremely) heavy period. Now this month, I’m anticipating my period around this time but instead of a period, I’m getting a Brownish watery discharge and occasionally there’s just a small amount of light bleeding. When I looked this up on the internet, it’s a common symptom for early stages of pregnancy.

It just seems so unlikely that I’d be pregnant after such a massive period last month. Can anyone offer some sort of insight as to what’s going on?

Can my son have hidradenitis?

I was diagnosed with hidradenitis 14 years ago and the condition seems to be the same since then, no worse or better. Anyhow, I have since had 3 children. My oldest son is 6. For the past year, he has been having little raised "pimples" on his buttocks and under his arms. They look to be more of somewhat heat bumps, and never turn into boils, but I’m so concerned about him developing the hidradenitis, such as I. Is hidradenitis inhereted? I know a mother can pass it onto a child in the late stages of pregnancy, but can the child start developing them at a later age? I worry so bad. I don’t want my children to have to live through this disease, like me. Does anyone else have this, and if so, what can be done to help me? I’m in misery all the time. Doctors have done everything for me. I want to avoid surgery if possible. Thanks……….:)

IUD Symptoms not real?!? Someone Please Help!?

called my obgyn because i had a migraine all day, with nausea, dizzyness, hot flashes. I’ve been told by a doctor friend (who is HOURS away from me which is why I don’t go to her) that her best friend has the mirena IUD and describes the feeling of first stages of pregnancy…also the mirena site says side effects are headaches, nausea, etc.

The man told me that even though he didn’t have my chart in front of him (which i understand) but he told me that the hormone only stays in the uterus. Everyone I’ve talked to (even my boss who is a man) told me that the women have major hormonal ups and downs for a couple of weeks. But the doctor told me to take some excedrin and then go to urgent care.

My family doctor prescribed Percocet for my migraines which I cant take anymore due to it tearing up my stomach. I’ve been to the ER before and gone to get shots of demorall and phenegran for my migraines. I wanted to avoid that this time.

Anyone had side effects related to mirena?

I had unprotected sex the day before my period?

I know bad choice, right.

But I’m on the pill, but also unfortunately on a medication that lessens the pills effectiveness drastically. He pulled out before he came, but I know that there is still that possibility.

It’s been nearly a month but I haven’t missed my period yet so I’m wondering if it would even be possible to feel symptoms. I have been having VERY unusual cramps to the right of my belly button. (and it isn’t gas, but it is sort of a cross between trapped gas and menstruation cramps). This has been going on for several days, and occurring rather sporadically.

All I can think is that I’m pregnant. I’m too scared to take a test right now. Do random odd cramps occur in early stages of pregnancy? Is this common at all?
I’m also really tired this week. Like ridiculously tired.

question about periods…?

im 17, and on my period.. i just looked in the mirror and my whole lower tummy looks puffed out like as if it would look during early stages of pregnancy. i know i am not pregnant lol because i have not missed a period at all. but the other day i was skinny as could be, and i eat healthy so i couldnt have gained weight that fast. am i puffed out bcuz im bloated? usually when people say they are "bloated" they just feel bloated, but nobody can really tell that they actually look larger. is it possible for bloating due to periods to actually be visible? :/ is this normal?
