Is there any way to reduce or eliminate bloating after eating food?
I’m a 16 year old female and after I eat anything I get really bloated. It doesn’t matter what I eat or how much. I’ll even get bloated after eating a small green salad without dressing. It’s really bothering me because when I wake up in the morning, my stomach is flat. But after I eat anything, I look like I’m in the later stages of pregnancy. This happens through the entire month, and gets a lot worse when I’m on my period (but I already expected that). It really sucks because I have to wear really loose pants so that they’ll fit me after I eat.
I don’t eat greasy foods, salty foods or foods with too much sugar and I drink a lot of water. And I don’t over eat. Can anyone help me out with this? Thanks in advance!

How do I treat my bloated looking belly?
I’m 5"2, 15 year old female teenager and I’m about 110lbs, so I naturally have a average kind of figure. But my tummy is really annoying me! =[
It sticks out so much and it looks as if I’m in the early stages of pregnancy or something! ( I’m definitely not pregnant by the way! )
I even have to undo my belt or button or zip on my clothes sometimes because my tummy is so big! It’s not fat like it doesn’t have creases in it or anything or rolls of fat, it’s just one big ball!
I’ve had it ever since I was little and it annoys me so much, whenever I’m around anyone I have to breath in so that they only see how my tummy should look, and then as soon as I get home I breath out and my tummy comes out xD
I really really would love to have it sorted out within about 2 months because I’m going on holiday with my friend to Cornwall and we’re going swimming!
Actually I would rather it if it was sorted during May because we’re going to practice swimming beforehand as well!
Help please and thank you ^^
Oh if it makes a difference, I rarely exercise >.<
Oh and I am a vegan so I don’t eat any meat, dairy, eggs or honey.
But I do munch on quite a bit of food.
But not enough to make me fat! I just eat out of boredom I guess.
I eat pretty quickly aswell.
I don’t think I’m constipated or anything.
I drink quite alot of fizzy drinks.
Oh and I eat quite alot of wheat products.
I’m not in any pain whatsoever, it’s just more uncomfortable like I always feel as if I’m full and as if I’m breathing out the most I can even though I’m not!
I don’t know if any of that makes a difference I’ve just read on sites before about those kinds of thingsss.
Actually I don’t drink that many fizzy drinks but I do sometimes like maybe 3 cans a week.
Strange lingering belly fat?
I am 17 years old, 5’3 and about 116 pounds and my body is in pretty good shape. Basically, my whole body is thin except for my lower belly…
Ever since I was born I had a weird pooch of fat in my belly and after 17 years it still hasn’t gone away. I’ve seen many doctors about it but they seem to blow it off and just tell me to do sit-ups or crunches and my mom tells me the same. But its really weird that it still hasn’t gone away because I am fairly athletic and I’ve done crunches and such without any results. My aunt suggested that it might be a hernia but I’m surprised that any of my doctors never mentioned that as a possibility. Anyways, I’m just getting older and it is bothersome to have a nice body with a pooch in my belly that makes me look like I’m in the beginning stages of pregnancy. It’s just really bizarre looking. I was just wondering if anyone has any similar problems or knows anyone with similar problems who could give me advice or any exercise techniques that might help.
thanks!
Why is my body sending mixed messages?
The past two days my body has been doing all sorts of things that I am unsure how to perceive.
I am on the pill and have regularly been consuming my dose. This past week I missed a dose though, but "caught up" the following day.
On Sunday I had unprotected sex
On Tuesday I started to experience some light bleeding (bright red blood, that only came about when I peed). At first I thought it may have been my period, but I am not supposed to start my period until next Monday.
Today the flow of blood has increased slightly and color ranges from bright red to light brown. More reason for me to think it’s my period, right?
Every time I have gone to the bathroom today I experience some lower abdominal pain after I have pee (almost like an extreme sensation to urinate…minus the urine).
So I hope someone can understand the confusion I may be experiencing, because the reasoning behind all of this could range from life changing to petty.
Reading mildly related questions I have only been able to grasp onto the following concepts:
-Missing a dose in my birth control caused in abnormality in my cycle
(I have been on the pill for 5 months now)
-I’m experiencing early stages of pregnancy (with bleeding and abnormal abdominal pains??)
Any feedback is appreciated…
Thanks
Soo rubbing your nipples makes your uterus contract?
Thats what i heard, and i know its true. Also when my sister in law was in labor i tested it out. She was having contractions and i told her to rub her nipples that it makes your contractions come on faster, she did, and she had the biggest contraction so far!.
If you were in the early stages of pregnancy, implantation, and your nipples were being rubbed alot, could it cause a miscarriage, could the baby not be able to implant bc of the contractions?
Ew nurse, i wasnt saying birth control! When my mother was in labor the nurse told her to rub her nipples that it made the contractions come faster and guess what, she did it ALOT and boy did it work. The dr said dont too it too much My cousin is a nurse. she knows about it. Im sorry but its not false.
