im 13 and i have little problem with stuff

i have a huge appetite, and im trying to eat healthier snacks, but the only things i eat now are like "low in sodium" or "reduced fat", would you say this is okay?

im not really concerned about losing weight, but from bottom of my abs to the beginning of my pelvis i have this hill sort of thing that’s annoying me and makes me think i look im the early stages in pregnancy any way to get rid of that or make it smaller with no push ups. i have gym once a week with a harsh/good teacher and i figure skate 3 times a week for an hour to an hour and a half

my periods usually last about 4 days…and they are always the same time every month. my last period was in july and it lasted a week and it was pretty heavy which also rare, mine are usually very light. and i got off it around the 20th. and now i am on my period again!!! this has never happened to me before. I’m on bc (the patch) and it keeps my periods light and regular and pain free. and I’m having bad cramps. could i be possibly be pregnant? i know that sometimes women bleed when they are in the early stages in pregnancy.. I’m not really stressed or anything..but I don’t know what to think, because i’m so regular!

I am going to the doctor in a few weeks but I am so anxious and scared, I want some opinions asap. The symptoms of an ovarian cyst and pregnancy are so similar (for early stages in pregnancy) that I don’t know which one it could be! I am constipated, always have to pee, back is very sore, dizzy sometimes, 3 negative pregnancy tests (maybe too early?) Period was 3 days late then when it came it was 1.5 days, very light, and brown. Then spotting the next day which was brown and a bit of pink. I did have unprotected sex possibly around the time of ovulation.
What do you think it is most likely? Thank you!
Oh I forgot to add that an hour before I started bleeding, I had cramping that wasn’t severe but it did hurt. Then it went away after like an hour.
A few days ago immediately after sex I had some pain, then it went away, it wasn’t severe but it hurt.
In response to Missy’s question, I’m not sure. For about a year, every time we’d have sex with a condom, it would hurt (we tried 3 times without a condom and it did not hurt, we’ve been having sex for 3 yrs and the first 2 yrs it did not hurt). I figured it would go away. And a few days ago after we had sex, I had some pain (but not during). So I don’t know what all that is about.
