Do water pills work with diet and exercise help to lose weight?
So i am trying to lose weight. I lost 5 lbs last week by eating right and going to the gym everyday. All i drink is water during the day. No juices, soda, anything just water. So Yesterday i went to the gym twice once in the afternoon and once at night. I gained one pound when i weighed this morning? My dad said its probably water weight, Do you think he is right? Would water pills help me to lose weight as well as continuing diet and exercise?
How bad for a diet is drinking one soda a day?
I have a horrible soda and sugar addiction that I’m trying to break. Since starting college, I’ve been gaining weight because the sugary food and drinks have been more accessible. I made the decision to stop but my willpower is starting to fade. I haven’t had any soda or sweets for 3 days. My question is how bad is one 12 ounce can of soda (I prefer Dr Pepper) a day for your diet. I’ve heard that it’s okay in moderation, but I know water is the better option.
What causes a woman's vagina to smell fishy?
Could it be possible for a woman to have a vagina with a bad odor b/c she doesn’t drink much water? She drinks mostly soda/juices and rarely drink water. To be honest with you she hardly even drinks.
How can I make my diet routine more effective?
I have been eating a piece of fruit for breakfast (9am) a snack,(11am) usually a yogurt or slimfast muffin bar with an apple juice. For lunch (12:30 or 1:00pm) a 6inch from Subway *not a meal with chips and soda* around 3 I have another snack, fruit. I go to the gym for 6, run 30 mins and a few machines. Now, my problem lies with dinner, it always varies and I’m looking for some good ideas. Dinner is usually around 7 or 8 to prevent myself from snacking later. Any tips for working more exercise into my day would be apppreciated as well or reducing my hunger from dinner until breakfast. So far, I have lost 4lbs in 2 weeks of this routine. for my third week, I’d like to lose 2lbs or more, if possible. I am not looking for a crash diet, just a way to work my schedule with the diet and exercise to maintain weight loss until i reach my goal of 10-15lbs.

I love food too much to go on a diet.
I do excersise. I take gym which is about 45 mins a day, and I am now working on my cardiovascular endurance for basketball. I play basketball and volleyball frequently. We also run 3/4 cross country mile once a week.
My lunch usually consists of a soda, turkey sandwich and some sort of snack. I usually dont eat breakfast. Dinner is a variety.
I try to drink a limit of two 8 ounce sodas a day.
What can I do to easily trim a few pounds without going on a "diet"?

How much weight can you lose drinking regualr soda instead of diet?
Recently, I’ve been trying to lose a few pounds for my up-coming wedding. I only drink regular soda, and I probably have 3 sodas a day! I’ve cut down the amount of soda I drink in a day, and I’ve only had diet for the last week or so. How much weight can you/will you lose just drinking diet? How fast does the weight start coming off?
