What is the most effective diet pill on the market?

I know, I know! I know that most people are going to say that diet pills only work when combined with diet and exercise. I understand that. But my biggest problem is over-eating. I have heard that these diet pill stop your desire to snack and make you feel full so that you don’t eat as much. My problem is that even when I am trying to cut down, I have no will power when I feel hungry, so I eat and eat till I feel full. I am about 20-25 lbs. over weight right now, and really want to loose it. I have cut out all sodas from my diet and also have begun watching the amount of carbs and sugars in and food I eat. I work for a dr and he told me that it is not about counting calories and that studies have shown it is better to count carbs and sugars. But I need something to curb these cravings and the need to over eat.
By on the market, I mean the ones that you see at the supermarket or at places like GNC. I am not looking to buy anything online.

Trimspa?
Relacore?
Leptopril?

Any like that, that you hear alot about on television.

What have you found is the most low calorie diet friendly energy bar?

I like to use energy bars as snack replacements during my diet, but most of them are as bad candy bars, calorie and sugar wise. What’s your favorite energy bar? Any not made with crappy ingredients like high fructose corn syrup would be great as well.

I'm not fat, but my stomach sticks outs like I'm pregnant but I'm not.?

I’m (almost) a 14 year old girl, and I’m wondering if this is normal or not.

I’m actually very muscular, like when I wake up and there’s no food in me, or when I tighten my stomach I have muscles there. I only weight about 100 pounds and I’m muscular and actually skinny all over except my stomach, most of the time, bulges out and it really looks like I’m pregnant. I do get my period regularly, and it’s all the time, not just when I’m on/near my period. I’m not sexually active, so there’s no way that I could be actually pregnant. I’m wondering if this is normal.. because my friends tease me about it, but I take it lightly, I don’t obsess over being skinny and being perfect like most girls. For the most part I like my body, so I don’t let it get to me. I’m not sure if it’s a gut.. because I do kind of eat a LOT. :P Or what..? If you need pictures I can provide them, but hopefully you get what I’m trying to say? Basically I look like I’m in the very early stages of pregnancy. So whats causing this and is it normal?
Hey, I said it before, I’m not fat, the the first person who answered. When I said I eat a lot, I meant I snack a lot. I eat small meals throughout the day. I’m trying to go vegetarian, so meat isn’t really isn’t an option. I’m also severely anemic, if that helps…?
I’m going to spare being modest because I just need to get my point across but,

I’m extremely active and muscular, so it’s not that I’m a fat lazy couch potato, I ride horses competitively, and the equestrian sports keeps me plenty fit, and on top of that I play hockey, so I don’t think it’s laziness.

How can I make my diet routine more effective?

I have been eating a piece of fruit for breakfast (9am) a snack,(11am) usually a yogurt or slimfast muffin bar with an apple juice. For lunch (12:30 or 1:00pm) a 6inch from Subway *not a meal with chips and soda* around 3 I have another snack, fruit. I go to the gym for 6, run 30 mins and a few machines. Now, my problem lies with dinner, it always varies and I’m looking for some good ideas. Dinner is usually around 7 or 8 to prevent myself from snacking later. Any tips for working more exercise into my day would be apppreciated as well or reducing my hunger from dinner until breakfast. So far, I have lost 4lbs in 2 weeks of this routine. for my third week, I’d like to lose 2lbs or more, if possible. I am not looking for a crash diet, just a way to work my schedule with the diet and exercise to maintain weight loss until i reach my goal of 10-15lbs.

What are some good tips to loose weight without going on a diet?

I just want to trim a few pounds.
I love food too much to go on a diet.
I do excersise. I take gym which is about 45 mins a day, and I am now working on my cardiovascular endurance for basketball. I play basketball and volleyball frequently. We also run 3/4 cross country mile once a week.
My lunch usually consists of a soda, turkey sandwich and some sort of snack. I usually dont eat breakfast. Dinner is a variety.
I try to drink a limit of two 8 ounce sodas a day.
What can I do to easily trim a few pounds without going on a "diet"?
I’m 13. Gym is just PE. not a workout gym…

How can I transition to a normal diet from bulimia without overeating?

I’m dealing with bulimia and basically…I know i have to stop.
I know I can do this but I eat relatively large portions.
What should I do/eat to control the urge?
(I usually binged on junkfoods but I am capable of eliminating that from my diet)
I’m just scared that I will end up over-eating my normal meals
What satisfying things can I eat in minimal portions that will serve as a good snack-and I will be able to control?
