Please suggest a product that is not greasy, but actually does what it says it will do. I’d like to effectively reduce fine lines and wrinkles, especially around my mouth. I quit smoking cigarettes many, many, many years ago.

This person started smoking cigarettes at age 14,Started using illicit drugs everyday at age 16,Was also put on anti depressants at age 16 also this person hardly ate anything.So this person used cigarettes,anti depressants and illicit drugs from 14 to adulthood while hardly eating properly,Would it be a safe bet that they stunted there growth?
Please people,this question is about stunted growth only.The child is now a 26 year old adult.So no lectures please.

She is 52years old.She quit smoking cigarettes in March of this year.She says they made her sick to her stomach,like when she was pregnant.She has gained 15 pounds since quitting smoking. Most of the weight gain is evident in her breasts and waistline,her legs are still skinny.If she were a young woman I would think it is a false pregnancy.Is this possible?
