What is the most effective diet supplement out there today?

Author: In the past, I’ve taken Ma Huang and had really great results. It was banned by the FDA, but then made a comeback with 10 mg per pill. I am currently taking SlimFast as my diet supplement, but want a boost to go with that. I am getting married in September and I need to lose at least 20 pounds by then.
I also do not want to spend 100s of dollars on supplements.
What is the difference between the slimfast diet and the cambridge diet?
I want to do 3 slimfast meals a day (no evening meal), isn’t that like the cambridge diet or lighter life diet? It works because you don’t have to think about food at all.
