I have a young woman, 21, who is trying to get off Marijuana.?

Now that she has quit she is having trouble sleeping.
Does anyone have this experience and know of things that will help her sleep?
She has tried Sleepytime Extra Tea, Chamomile (of course) and she only want to take natural products as the drugs that the doctors keep putting her on have side effects that are very undesireable as well.
She is in school and needs to be able to keep up and not miss anymore classes; but she needs proper rest.

Some 'down there' questions?!?

1) So, how do rotten fish smell and how does a musky scent smell? I’ve never smelled rotten fish so I wouldn’t know if my vagina has some infection. I wash it every day very gently with white Dial soap. It feels fresh and clean afterwards and I can only smell whatever the scent is when I get as close as I can.
2) What is a pantyliner?? I have no clue!
3) How many times a week should I sleep without underwear on?
Any tips?
Thanks in advance!
This is supposed to be a Yahoo! product question? Interesting . . . I think I’ll go with women’s health . . .

Poll for my lovely women answerers in the women's health section, please answer!?

what do you do when you’re about to fall asleep and get cramps, as in period cramps?

I usually try to stretch it out, but that usually doesn’t work so well. I have ultra painful cramps and usually end up crying myself to sleep :P

You?

Is eating yogurt before sleeping recommendable for weight loss?

Ok, I’ve been eating yogurt every evening for 3 years, 2-3 hours before i go to sleep. I eat mostly fruit yogurts, furthermore i drink a cup of whole/skimmed milk every morning at breakfast. I’ve started my weight loss schedule a month ago and i’ve been working with full of enthusiasm on it (working out 6 days a week).
So I was wondering if any of you has any idea…

any hint is appreciated, thanks!

Would i see weight loss if i did this daily?

I have a fairly long long trail going all the way around my city. I love to bike as well. I was wondering if i biked around 14-16 mph for about 70 minutes every morning for a month or so would i see some weight loss or toning? I would also be eating like 1800 calories a day. You know, fruits, soup, etc. I would also be getting about 9 hours of sleep a night, walk my dog for about 25 minutes a day too.

Does sleep have anything to do with weight loss?

I attend a pretty competitive high school, so there are often times i get between 5-6 hours of sleep a night due to after school activities and homework. Whenever I do get more sleep though, I feel like I start to weigh less.

I was wondering if there is actually a correlation between weight loss and sleep, or if it’s just the stress I have from not sleeping the recommended 8 hours a night.
