Can masturbation result into health problems like breast lumps? Women only?

does a girl who involve in masturbation frequently runs the risk of getting breast lumps? As it is often stated that the cause of such lumps is due to hormonal imbalance. According to many, masturbation is not detrimental to health but instead a source of pleasure. I just want to know whether there is a connection between masturbation and breast lumps. Please advice. Thanks

Can exercise and weight loss prevent diabetes?

I’m kinda chubby and I’m trying to lose weight, but I was wondering, does exercise and weight loss help to prevent diabetes? I’m looking for serious answers and I’d love credible links and research if that wouldn’t be too much trouble. It just seems so prevalent nowadays, that I want to take the initiative to try and insure that I never get it, but I don’t know if there is anything you could do. Will exercise and weightloss work? Thanks. :)
Thanks for all the answers so far. I just want to clarify, I don’t have diabetes or anything, but I know with the bit of extra weight, I could potentially be at risk if I were to gain weight, so I just want to lose the little extra I have. Thanks again.

Received this today….Question about birth control???? Is this true?

I received an e-mail from a friend today, and it was one of those forwarded messages (hate those things). Anyway, the e-mail was about a woman who passed out one day, was taken to the hospital, and they found she had a blood clot in her neck. The clot allegedly spread to her brain, causing bleeding,& they operated on her, could not stop the clot from spreading,&she eventually died. Then, the e-mail goes on to say that the woman had been taking some kind of birth control where you only have a period 3 times a year,&this was the cause of her blood clot…because it interrupted "life’s menstrual cycle". I have heard of the birth control where you only get your period a few times a year, but I don’t know the exact name of the product. Anyway, I know birth control can potentially cause blood clots, but do you think this particular birth control puts women more at risk or does this e-mail appear to be a hoax? The woman was allegedly a grad student, about to become a Doctor…

Can you get infected with HIV if you know the other person doesn't have it?

so basically i hear all this "use a condom or you’ll get HIV" line over and over again, and I feel like it’s becoming of a product line to fear having sex without a condom (what about making babies!!)

so it is NOT possible to contract HIV if you know the other person does NOT have HIV, correct? so the only thing left is risk of getting pregnant for the women?
also assuming the other person doesn’t have any other STDs

I want to have a diet mainly comprised of vegetables and fruits and fish. How do I do this?

I am at risk for diabetes – it’s in my family history – and for my own health I would like to change my diet. I’m also overweight although I am exercising regularly for the past three years.

The problem is I have no idea how much of what vegetables I can eat to feel full in one meal, and I don’t know the cost in terms of time and money. I come from a bread and butter European family, so my diet has been mainly sandwiches.

I’m am 18-year-old male, 6’0".

How much glycemic load is optimal for perfect diet?

I am a young male with a raw vegan diet that drinks water only and has a very fast metabolism. I exercise intensely then wait until my muscles are done recovering and do it again, and recovery takes about a week or so excluding recovery techniques. I however, am curious about carbs. What glycemic load should I aim for on exercise days? What about on non-exercise days? I don’t risk or have any metabolic disorders btw.
