I would like to know the most effective weight loss and fitness plans that have worked best for people. I want to try and develop my own plan and would like outside ideas on work outs, recipes,etc.

What are the healthiest foods for rapid detox and weight loss?
I would like to go on a cleanse and start a healthy regimen for the new year. What are the best foods/combinations to do a detox and then a weight loss regimen? Are these cleansers like Puristat a bunch of hog wash or are they any good? I know to keep a low carb, low sugar, low fat diet, but are there any super food secrets I should know? What is the best book for the ketogenic diet?
We are starting our son on the ketogenic diet, as advised by our treatment center for his epilepsy. What is the best book for this? One with food lists and recipes would help, as this is completely new to both me and my husband.

What is the best diet for patients with gastroparesis?
I was just diagnosed today with gastroparesis and would like to see what diet would be best for me. If you have any adivce, suggestions or recipes that would be great!
How much protein should a female consume for weight loss?
I’ve been working out consistently for about a year, but my weight loss has been really slow. I’ve only lost about 15-18lbs. I’ve also changed my diet and started eating a lot healthier. I haven’t been intaking much protein and I believe that is a reason why my weight loss has been slow. How much protein should I take to speed up my weight loss? Are there any recipes, shakes or vitamins I should be taking?
I workout at least 3-4x a week. On average I’m at the gym for 1hr. – 1.5hrs. I’ve been attending the RPM & Body Pump classes at least 2x a week. On the other days I’m doing cardio and weightlifting. I also do resistence training.
