hi, i need to know if i want to make a face cream, that can be sold over the counter in a pharmacy, and claim it’s anti-aging, or anti-wrinkles, do i NEED to get it FDA approved?? when MUST you get FDA approval? thanks SO much for any help!!

im 20 and recently ive been out a lot in the hot sun and my skin doesnt look the same. i was wondering what works for u. i need something for moisture, lift, acne, and contains high spf. ive been to the pharmacy and some seem great but dont help in other fields. overall none of the treatments target the four.

I read somewhere that folic acid is good for the healthy growth of hair & nails. But when I went to the pharmacy, I found out that folic acid is for pregnant women, so I pulled back. I’m NOT pregnant, and I’m NOT trying conceive either. I just wanted to improve the condition of my hair that’s why I wanted to take folic acid. Had terrible falling hair for several months now. Tried several hair products, but none of them worked.
