I have a one yr old baby and want to lose about 25 lbs. What is the best exercise for weight loss? I have the P90X but can’t get around to trying it. Also, I want to buy a treadmill since I don’t exactly have all the time in the world to go to a gym. I work full time and have a 1 1/2 hour commute each way.
Any ideas?

I’m currently about to go into Phase 2 of P90X, I’ve seen some increases in muscle mass, but not enough definition because of my body fat percentage. What is the proper diet plan for burning that fat and yet keeping my muscles growing? I’m looking for something like a daily calorie guide, protein guide, carbohydrates guide, etc. Should I also add more Cardio into my weekly workouts along with P90X?

I just ordered my P90x. I’m waiting anxiously for it to arrive. However, I am concerned about the diet as I am on a tight budget and don’t have a lot of money to spend on food.

Ideally, I would like to pick out a few, low cost items, from the diet that are relatively simple to prepare (nothing gourmet) and stick with those for the duration of the workout plan. Does anyone who has experience with P90x have any suggestions or other tips?
