I want to find a weight loss community so I can push myself more and more, I am 25 and a mom I just want to loss weight and get healthy while talking to people in the same boat.

My boyfriend and I are having a weight loss competition to see who can lose more weight by Christmas Eve. (by eating right and exercising not starving ourselves lol) But my mom, who is an RN, says that men lose 3 pounds to every 1 pound that women lose. So to make it fair, we need to know if this ratio is correct or if it is 2 to 1 or 1 to 1…..if you know of any web sites that would hav this information that would be very helpful. Thanks!!! :)

And I recommended to my girls that they start doing breast exams on themselves for lumps and cysts. So after class, a girl came to me and said that she though she had a lump. She asked me to examine it. Well, to be cautious, I put on some latex gloves, so she wouldn’t feel uncomfortable or get the wrong idea. I checked them both very carefully and told her that she didn’t have anything to worry about and that eigth graders rarely would have these. Now her mom called the school and said that I "touched her inappropriately." Why are parents so crazy nowadays?

My mom’s looking for a new hairstyle. Keep in mind that she has a long,oval face, a cowlick, and fine hair. Her natural color is dark brown. Thankkss
She also has layers and above shoulder length hair.

I am a guy and I live in a house with 2 women, and it is hell. Especially in the bathroom. Today I found a used tampon in the toilet floating. I tried to flush it but it just floats, so I had to find some gloves and fish it out to throw it in the trash. This is the third time it has happened. Once I can even go so far to say I found blood on the rim of the toilet seat. It it really getting my down and grossing me out because they never clean anything and I have to clean everything. And I don’t even know how to dispose things like this properly I am a guy!! They never taught me this in sexed! My mom uses pads and the only time I ever noticed them was when I went shopping with her, then I never ever saw them again (thank god) and same goes for my sister. So how do I tell them nicely?
