what weight loss products/pills can i take that wont leave my metabolism slower than it was?

i REALLY wanna lose like 10 lbs im not fat but i want a flat stomach, i want to take a weight loss pill but they all leave ur metabolism working slower than when u started, please tell me what works and wont mess with ur metabolism and dont cost much thanks!

Can fast weight loss be healthy if done right?

Fast weight loss is unhealthy because it can slow your metabolism and it will make you start burning muscle (from what I understand so far).

So my question is, Can fast weight loss be healthy if while cutting your calories you still separate to 5-6 meals a day to keep your metabolism up; While also going to the gym everyday working different muscle groups every other day, while still doing a strong aerobic workout every day?

How do I gain weight

I am 5 foot seven and weigh 103 pounds. I have tried lifting weights, drinking shakes, eating right, sleeping right and all over the counter weight gain products. I eat around 3,000 calories a day. I eat 3 to 4 healthy meals and eat tons of snacks. The only way I was able to gain weight was to eat so much that I felt sick all the time. I don’t think that is healthy. I stopped doing that and lost all the weight I gained in 2 months which took me 1 year to gain (8 pounds) I have had 2 8pound babies and each time I gained 40 to 45 pounds but a week after giving birth I was able to slip my jeans right back on. It seems that no matter what I do my body says "you are going to weigh a certain amount and that is it". I just want a pill that will slow down my metabolism. I don’t get respect from anybody because they automatically think I am sick or vain or both, which I am neither. I just want respect from people I don’t know, like at the grocery store or in the mall, etc. Plus where do I find clothes to fit a 40 year old woman besides in the teen department?

I have hit the weight-loss plateau in my work out routine. What do I do?

So my workout routine is this- 30 min of cardio (usually eliptical at 230 watts) m-f and then I alternate muscle groups daily, but I lift weight for another 30 min. On saturdays, I attend a body pump class. During my cardio, I burn between 450 and 500 calories, and I sweat like crazy. I don’t want to increase my cardio more than 150 min a week, because personal trainers have advised me not to. I try to work abs a little bit everyday. I am doing a lower calorie diet (1500-1700 a day), and I try to eat something every 2 or 3 hours to keep my metabolism up. I lost 20lbs in 2 months, and now I can’t seem to loose any more weight. I want to loose weight naturally (meaning I don’t take weight-loss supplements) so I just stick to a daily multi-vitamin. I only want to loose like 2 lbs a week or so, and not much more. So what should I do to start loosing weight again?? I’m stuck… Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! :)
Ok, some things I forgot… I turn 21 this month, and I already eat alot of fresh fruits and vegatables, and alot of chicken breast because of the low fat and high protein content.

Food that stimulates weight loss and boosts metabolism?

Okay, so I am in serious need to loose some serious weight. The only exercise that I am able to get is for about 1 hour and 45 minutes at marching band plus I am in school so eating right is sort of difficult for me. I am willing to eat food that stimulates weight loss and boosts metabolism though. Any nutritionists or food experts out there that can help me? My body and I would be eternally gratefull!

How much coffee during weight loss?

I know that coffee affects blood sugar levels therefore causing your body to store fat. But anything in excess is not always good. I have also read in a few different articles that it can also boost your metabolism. So which is it? How much coffee can a person consume in a day during weight loss? I do exercise everyday in one way or another so can I have coffee or should I just avoid it altogether?
