Premature Ejaculation. A womens view?
At work we have been asked to develop a promotional plan for a company who have a new natural product to cure Premature Ejaculation (PE). Despite this being a sensitive subject there has been a lot of academic research into the condition,
This research has proven that in a large % of cases, PE is actually biochemical in nature, and not "all in the mind". This is great news as it means that products which address these biochemical in balances will impact on the condition.
What we are lacking is feedback from women. Given that 33% of men will be affected by PE, there must be a similar number of women who have also have experience in this matter. Sex is an unique thing and one size does not fit all. This is not a Miracle cure, but it will help 70% of men. What do women think? Should we be targeting women?, how much real frustration does this problem cause women?
PLEASE NOTE WE DONT WANT SALES LEADS, JUST PEOPLES GENUINE THOUGHTS…
One final thing, there are a lot of snake oil salespeople in this area, and marketing is very "porno film, stud etc…." inspired. We have therefore not yet made a final decision on weather this is an account we can actually help. Something just does not sit 100% with us. Is there an ethical issue we have missed?
Is it just me or are more women getting tattoos? Are women the new market for tattoo businesses?
where I come from, many men have tattoos, some for cultural purpose and some just for art. BUT, I notice that the men who keep coming back for more tattoos are running out of space to put them. Are tattoo artist now focusing on marketing on women?
Help! I think my boss is bipolar/manic. Suggestions on how to work with her?
I work for a company where there are two partners that have a very strange dynamic between the two of them. While they’re polite and civil towards each other in person, my boss, constantly complains about her partner to me and another co-worker. We both started working for the company at the end of the summer. Most of the things she shares are very inappropriate and have me wondering whether or not I should start putting my resume out there again and start looking for another position.
A couple of the responsibilities that my boss wants me to now oversee are currently being handled by her partner who loves handling those areas, however, my boss has not made it clear to her partner that she now wants me overseeing these responsibilities. I am uncomfortable with this as I do NOT want to get in the middle of the two especially since my tenure with the company has been a little over 3 months.
My boss also has a problem with making any kind of decision. She second guesses everything and analyzes things to the point of paralysis. When I offer her my best strategy and my co-worker does the same the conversation goes in circles to the point where it’s stifling.
This woman also spends money the company doesn’t have on product development for a product that they introduced on the market last year but have yet to launch because of constant changes with product development that she oversees.
She’s also spent tens of thousands of dollars on consultants and hasn’t taken any of their advice when what I think she needs is a therapist.
This woman has a lot of animosity towards her partner because her partner’s ex boyfriend is now her boyfriend and this guy was sleeping with both women at the same time while they had their company.
My boss incidentally is in her 40′s, has no children, and has never been married.
She changes her mind so many times I get whiplash. I was hired to run their marketing but she feels like she has to have her hands in everything and I really don’t even want to waste my time duplicating efforts when I can be busy with other things.
She changes her mind constantly on things she’s done and I’ve done only to have it come full circle back to what I proposed in the beginning. I’m at a point where I just ask her to tell me what she wants done if she’s not going to let me do my job because it’s not worth the aggravation.
Her partner incidentally has a completely different set of ideas than she does and is much easier to work with however neither one of them work in the office.
She inundates me and two other co-workers with "idea" emails and fails to look at tackling the low hanging fruit projects and executing things that we have the resources for now and can accomplish really, really well.
She’s sent texts on a Sunday evening asking where the lights were in the office and sends constant, "Help Me" emails for a variety of innocuous things. She’s had several freak out sessions in the office when she does show up and has involved me in making her To Do lists and sends my co-worker out to get batteries for a broken, old clock her gay step-dad gave her and freaks out saying that we need to be careful with it because he will get angry with her if it’s not working when he comes to visit when it’s a personal piece of her property not something owned by the company. BTW, her family lives an hour and a half away and never comes to visit.
She’s extremely needy and has broken down and cried because her new office in the new location we moved to was perceived by her as being too small.
Anyway, I think after typing all of this out I’ve come to the conclusion that I need to find a more professional environment as this REALLY isn’t the right fit for me. :) LOL
Let me know your thoughts on this anyway. Just curious. I’ve never encountered anyone like this before and certainly don’t wish to have to report to someone in my next position who is so unstable.
What is the most recommended weight loss pill?
What is a good weight loss pill to take with diet and exercise?
I’m 18 years old, 19 soon. And if you recommend the Acai berry and cleansing pill I will report you. Do not spam my question with scams and cons please. I am very serious about this.
When I said no cons or scams I meant it. PLEASE do not send me marketing scams! I am 100% serious about losing a few inches and I really don’t want to waist money on something that isn’t going to work.
I am outraged at Special K sponsorship. What would you rather have for breakfast? Special K or Pizza?
I am completely outraged at the marketing of Special K as a fitness and weightloss product. And women love it! They eat it by the tons!
My problem is the following:
354 calories per 100 grams, no protein, no fiber, what it DOES have is sugar! 29%! That’s three times as much as soda, and 4% more than chocolate!
So what would you rather eat for breakfast? The above? Or pizza, which is almost the same amount of calories, but full of vitamins, minerals and protein?
