Does Anybody Have Lunch Ideas For Pregnant Women That Is GLUTEN FREE?

I’m 30 weeks pregnant, and I have run out of ideas of what to pack for lunch. I have a microwave available at my school, and I can put in a lunch bag with a freeze pack. I hate to say it but being pregnant has made me feel like I have eaten almost everything possible. I am GLUTEN FREE and WHEAT FREE. Oh and Im allergic to Peanut products also. If you know of any websites or any ideas please let me know. I need to eat a big lunch usually containing protein and grains of sorts and a milk product. It will usually get me through the day without my blood sugar dropping. Any help or ideas would be nice.

Why is plateauing so difficult to over come in weight loss?

I have been going to the gym Mon-Fri twice a day burning usually 610 Calories at lunch and around 360 in the afternoon, I do not eat out or hardly any junk food but I have been the same weight for 4 months. Why? I have tried that LA Weight Loss, big waste of money!

What food diet is good to eat through out the day?

I have been eating healthy i think but i dont know if its the right thing. In the morning i eat a light bowl of cereal, then in between breakfast and lunch i eat a yogart, lunch i do a good salad with tomatoes, cheese, olives, some ham or turkey sliced up in it. Then i have another yogart or munch on carrots then dinner a salad with a side of what ever i make for dinner…Then i excercise for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at night 4 or 5 times a week. Let me know what you eat or if you think this diet is ok or what you think.

What good does eating cottage cheese do for you, if you are on a diet? Does it eat up your fat or what?

Ive been restricting my diet, like eating in the morning like not even a cup of cereal, lunch fruit snack and for dinner like a peace of banana bread or something else really small. I also workout everyda for about 30 minutes! What can happen?

How long can a person maintain health if they consume a mostly carbohydrate diet?

My doctor is always chiding me about my diet. I eat a few bagels for breakfast. Pasta for lunch and crackers and/or cereal for a later meal. I hardly ever have any fruit or vegetables. I really don’t like them. My body tells me to eat breads, cereal and starches.
