What do you think is the best and healthiest feminine hygiene product for heavy periods and painful cramping?

Answers from females only please. I usually have heavy periods and a lot of painful cramping. I’m used to using tampons but since I’ve become more health conscious I’ve been starting to use anion love moon pads. I haven’t used them long enough to see if they would really help with my heavy flow or severe cramping but I like the fact that they’re quite absorbent and are odourless. They don’t smell like other brand names you can buy at the grocery store. I’ve been looking in to luna pads though, although the thought of reusable pads kinda puts me off a little bit but I’m not sure I want to keep using the toxic tampons and other feminine hygiene products with recycled materials that are bad for you anymore. I’ve read a couple reviews on luna pads saying it’s made their flow lighter, less painful and more manageable. I’ve tried diva cup before but I’m not sure it’s for me. I had trouble inserting it and probably didn’t do it right but for me I’m not sure how it would be comfortable and for someone with a heavy flow I’m concerned about leakage protection. Anyways what feminine products have you had a lot of success with? I guess every woman is different but it would be good to know anyways. Has anyone tried the products I’ve mentioned? If you have please let me know your opinion of the product.

What are the best weight loss pills for women?

I am 18 years old,5’5 and I weigh 115 pounds. This is about average..but I want to tone up my stomach a little bit and shed maybe like 4 pounds in that area. I heard that weight loss pills help, but I will be working out alongside the pills. So what would be the safest thing that would give me the most energy in my workout.. thanks!

Weight loss?

I’m 14, 110 lbs, and 5’3", and I want to lose a little bit of weight. I’m not saying I’m fat or anything, but I do have a little bit more of it than I would like. In two weeks, I have a pool party to go to, and I want to feel 100% comforatable in a bikini, which i’m not totally now. What are the best, fastest methods of weight loss that you know?

And please don’t tell me that i don’t need to lose weight because I have a slight amount of excess fat on me (especially on my stomach), and I’m not asking whether I should or not.

What is the best deodorant for a woman with sensitive skin?

Hi. For the longest time, I used "Almay Hypo-Allergenic Fragrance Free Stay Dry Hydro Solid Anti-Perspirant Deodorant". I have extremely sensitive skin and it worked great, no staining, no breakouts, great price, I loved everything about it! Unfortunately, they have discontinued this product. :(

So then I tried Almay "Almay Hypoallergenic Solid Fragrance Free" and it made my underarm skin breakout and itch! I was surprised because I had such good luck with Almay in the past.

Then I tried Almay "Hypoallergenic Clear Gel Fragrance Free". This is pretty good and the deodorant I currently use. It did not make me break out, but I think I prefer a solid rather than a clear gel. It takes a little bit of time for it to completely dry and sometimes it stains my shirts.

Are there any other deodorants out there on the market that are specifically made for women with sensitive skin and won’t make you break out and itch?

Thanks so much for your help, I appreciate it! :)
I tried "Dove Sensitive Skin Fragrance Free Invisible Solid" and it gave me a rash under my arms :(

Don’t women know that it is a fashion faux paus to wear pantyhose with open toed shoes?

I see this alot particularly with Asian women and old ladies. My fashion friends say this is a no no. Any thoughts.
I actually care a little bit because it can tell me about a women’s sense of style.
