I can’t take meds for bone loss because of my kidneys. I need a calcium-magnesium supplement that is easily absorbed, such as a liquid or capsule. Osteo Pro Care makes me too gassy. Hard pills aren’t absorbed well; I might as well eat chalk. I can’t eat much dairy and don’t think it’s very healthy anyway. Have any women had measurable success with any product? Price isn’t an object.

Note: I’m already taking high doses of Vitamin D. I know that calcium needs other minerals to be properly absorbed, but I would like a brand name, please.

OK many issues here, but I prefer to deal with this naturally . I HAVE CHOSEN TO GO WITH NATUROPATHS, I AM NOT ASKING YOUR OPINION ON IF THEY ARE GOOD OR NOT. IF I DIE FROM THIS CHOICE, IT IS MY PREROGATIVE.to start with as high blood pressure does NOT run in my family and I had low blood pressure until I got Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. The natural dr, about 25 years ago told me to eat all the salt I wanted to because I have thyroid issues and when she took me off of it for a period of time, I had no energy. But this past year+, I had been eating tons of salt on tons of popcorn ( emotional eating) and now I found my kidneys are showing signs of "issues’ via a reflexologist/iconic footbath and my blood pressure is high when I wake up and low after I am moving around a lot. Did eating all that salt "ruin" my kidneys ? I have other issues, I have taken anti depressants for years, and am weaning down. I have had a very hot head and it is better, but I am showing signs of something, I have no health insurance , so it is nearly impossible for me to see a naturopath. My health is basically like my dads and he had his carotid arteries cleaned out, but I think in his 70′s ? He just died at age 94 . His dad died of a cerebral hemorrhage at age 70 in 1954. Our family health record is basically very good, but I got CFS. I’m just trying to give as much info as possible ;) If you have more questions or things I should consider, please tell me, When I go walking, and test my blood pressure, it is in the very normal range, but goes up to 145/85 several times in the day. How can this be, How does the blood pressure system operate in a way that goes down when I exercise ?

This is her 5th pregnancy and she is going to have a C-section ‘cos her last 2 pregnancies had a few complication and she had to have an operation. She has stones in her gall bladder. Also in the first stages of stones in kidneys. She keeps having this problem…. the acid from her stomoch keeps rising into her throat. (What’s that? Heartburn?) I don’t know. I M very worried about her even though she appears so un-concerned. Pls could someone tell me if there is actually something to be worried about?? Thx for ur advice/
