How do I switch to a perfect healthy diet?

I eat an ok diet but I also eat too much junk food and this is mainly what I snack on. I want to have a fresh start and begin to eat really healthily but I want food that will fill me up. Any suggestions?

Where can I find a healthy food diet to last me several weeks?

I’m a 17 year old who is pretty active, I’m starting a new workout plan and I would really like to just cut the junk food out of my diet. I’d like to find a meal plan that tells you what exactly to eat each day if such a thing exists.
I know most of that. I have swim practice every day so I wouldn’t starve myself, and I’m not necessarily trying to lose weight, I don’t need to.

Could I Be Pregnant?

Hi! I had unprotected sex whilst i was on holiday but the guy pulled out before he ejaculated. I know its stupid but it was all in the heat of the moment. Im just worried that i might be pregnant because ive been eating alot of junk food lately. My sister is telling me not to worry because whenever i come back from vacation- i always tend to pig out. Also, my period is always irregular..the last time i had my period was between 18-22 of July and i had sex on the 24th. Before that, i had my period one week before the end of June. I should be on my next cycle pretty soon now…i have been having symptoms of PMS such as sore breasts, abdominal pains and headaches but i read that this is also symptoms of pregnancy. I think maybe i am worrying too much..please can you give me any advice. Im thinking of waiting until the 20-25 of August that if i dont get my period then, i will take a HPT…thank you. From now on, i will use protection so i dont have to go through this whole worrying stage!

How to make small and easy changes to a healthier diet?

I have a horrible diet. I usually eat cereal for breakfast, and junk food, such as chips, brownies, and pop, for the rest of the meals later on in the day. I am very busy, playing three sports and taking guitar lessons, so I don’t have much time to cook a healthy meal on the stove or in the oven.

How can I make small, easy, and effective changes to my diet? Oh, and by the way, I’m a vegetarian (although I do eat dairy and eggs), so I don’t eat any meat or anything.

My aunts wedding is in a months, and if I gain anymore weight I won’t be able to fit in my dress.

I start highschool in 3 months, and I don’t want to look any fatter, maybe skinner. Even though i weigh a lot I lucky don’t look it, but I know my weight is unhealthy and I"m sick of that.

I am basically addicted to to sugar, when I’m with my friend we buy tons of candy and there is a store that sells tons of candy only about 2 streets away from my house and anthor about 5 streets away.

It’s the summer and I always buy slushies most dsays because it’s so hot.

My friends really don’t help anyway at all because all they want is candy and they persude me to get it too.

How can I lose weight, become heathy and get fit?
