What weight loss medicine can 14 to 16 year old's use?
I am a 14 year old girl going on 15 and i am sick of my weight, i always get called fat, and all those mean words, i have been trying to work out but its not working for me, and my parents always buy junk food. Is there any medicine i can take like weight loss pills to loose weight?
How can my dog aid in my weight loss attempt?
I’m 15 and overweight and i really do mean over weight. I’m not your average teen who thinks she’s overweight and yet is underweight and anemic. I weigh 170 pounds. I have an 5 months old border collie. I’ve been taking him out for walks/runs twice a day and i have notice i have loss 2 pounds over the course of a month. Am i making progress? How can i speed up my weight loss? I try my best not to eat junk food. Only eat them once a month.
What to eliminate from diet for weight loss?
What should i eliminate out of my diet in order to lose the most weight. Any motivational tips?? I am 5ft6in 132lbs, I work out everyday and I havent noticed much weight loss due to my junk food addiction. Any suggestions? What did you do that worked?

How to keep weight loss even after my metabolism has slowed down?
I haven’t been exercising as much, because of a couple of recent injuries, so my metabolism has decreased dramatically, because I’m usually so active. I’ve also lost some inches, because I decided to cut out junk food and fried stuff. How would I keep this weight loss even after what has happened to my metabolism?

Why is plateauing so difficult to over come in weight loss?
I have been going to the gym Mon-Fri twice a day burning usually 610 Calories at lunch and around 360 in the afternoon, I do not eat out or hardly any junk food but I have been the same weight for 4 months. Why? I have tried that LA Weight Loss, big waste of money!
