What kinds of supplements and or vitamins would you recommend?
I am looking for an effective appetite suppressant. I always find myself nibbling on things constantly throughout the day and never feeling full. I’ve heard of certain products that help suppress hunger and I am wondering what you’d recommend and or have had positive results with.
Other things that I am interested in would be a really good multi-vitamin for young women, as well as something to improve the look and feel of hair and nails (I’ve heard Fish Oil capsules?)
Anything else that you would recommend for a young woman looking to improve her health and image.
I would prefer legitimate, natural products that I could pick up at a local health food and vitamin store, but anything helps.

How does water help weight loss?
I’ve always wondered how it helps weight loss. Does it actually actively do something, or just suppress your hunger so you don’t go and eat something calorific?

I’m looking for something to help curb my appetite (not to replace a meal, just curb the hunger between meals) and boost my energy, but not make me jittery.
I’m just looking for a good supplement that is legal, helpful and over the counter.
I’m not trying to lose massive amounts of weight but I feel like I need a little boost to go with my better eating habits and exercise.
I think I will try the whole chocolate thing!
Would a water fasting diet do me good?
I want to completely cleanse my system. I want to restore equilibrium within my body. I wouldn’t want to be on this diet for too long, because I am taking a chemistry class and do not want to be unable to think because of such extreme hunger, but I’m planning on doing this after the class ends. How does a water diet work, and how many days is efficient to get the results I seek? Note, this isn’t about weight loss. This is about gaining back physical and mental power that I once had.

I want to toe up or loose some weight before school starts back. I wondered if you had like some fast acting diet drinks i can make homade in my kichen to help contoll my hunger and or loose weight
How can I make my diet routine more effective?
I have been eating a piece of fruit for breakfast (9am) a snack,(11am) usually a yogurt or slimfast muffin bar with an apple juice. For lunch (12:30 or 1:00pm) a 6inch from Subway *not a meal with chips and soda* around 3 I have another snack, fruit. I go to the gym for 6, run 30 mins and a few machines. Now, my problem lies with dinner, it always varies and I’m looking for some good ideas. Dinner is usually around 7 or 8 to prevent myself from snacking later. Any tips for working more exercise into my day would be apppreciated as well or reducing my hunger from dinner until breakfast. So far, I have lost 4lbs in 2 weeks of this routine. for my third week, I’d like to lose 2lbs or more, if possible. I am not looking for a crash diet, just a way to work my schedule with the diet and exercise to maintain weight loss until i reach my goal of 10-15lbs.
