What's the best workout for my body shape?

I have an hourglass figure, with a large chest (which isn’t so bad)
what i’d like to achieve is a larger toned bum, a smaller waistline and a smaller chest (if possible)
could you suggest any workout/workouts that would help me achieve these goals?
I already go the gym five times a week and do cycling, cross trainer and weight lifting for my arms.

Why did her body shape change in only a few days?

Last Monday my friend’s housekeeper told her she seems to have the perfect figure (hourglass) for a female (36-24-36) But yesterday the same person said "Your waist isn’t small- kind of big" and when she got her waist and hips measured at the clothing store yesterday the saleslady said her hips are 36 and her waist is 29. How did her waist suddenly enlarge by 5 inches in only a few days? Her body figure changed- she used to have the hourglass figure- now she stores more fat in her middle than in her hips. (ugh!) Her enemy said last Tuesday night- she prayed her body would be less curvy. I think her prayer came true- my friend’s body used to be curvy(curvy means the waist is 70% of the hips) now she isn’t curvy anymore because her waist is too big. What do you think?
Why did her waist get bigger but not her hips? This happened in only a few days!

Maybe this was a miracle.
Did her enemy’s prayer change her figure?

How to be happy with my body shape?

Well I hate how i have big hips i notice that the other girls that have big hips are fat. I only have a little belly fat and the other thing I dislike is my thighs I think they are too big and my mom said that I have an hourglass figure but i just hate it.

What do you think of an hourglass figure for a woman?

1. Do you think it’s the most attractive body shape a woman can have?

2. Is an hourglass figure really the "natural" way women’s bodies look? Because if that’s true…why are hourglass figures relatively uncommon compared to the other shapes?

3. Are most women with hourglass figures considered "plus-sized"? (large breasts, curves, wide hips) Or can hourglass figures be really anyone–from slender to average to overweight?

Thank you!
