Dieting tips???????? For women?
I am 21 I am 5’9 1/2 and weigh about 150 I really want to down to 130-135 it is my perfect weight, I was 130-135 all through high school, because I am really tall you cannot tell I gained weight at all accept my butt and thighs are bigger, and I have cellulite on my thighs. Overall I like my body but I want to loose that extra 20-25 pounds on my butt. Do any women have and tips or tricks of the trade that work for them. I have been walking and jogging I am a vegetarian and don’t consume many dairy products, and I drink water religiously. I understand that I must be healthy in my goal of loosing weight. Understand that because I am 5’9 five pounds looks different on me. I know it seems like I want to loose a lot but I am VERY VERY hour glass shaped and I need my bottom half back to its normal size.
I don’t need some guru advice just some women’s story’s and what worked for them. My mom told me to drink a teaspoon of vinegar before or after every mean. It sounds like it could have some benefit in helping the digestion process.
I really don’t want to take diet pills, but if anyone tried any non-direhia, non-caffine ones that make your heart feel like its pumping out of your chest, I will take a look lol.
I’d say I can loose weight fairly easily I was 160 last summer and went down to 150 just because I am so active in the summer. However I didn’t do anything special and I want to be 130 by the end of may or early june (bikini season)…
also if you have any advise for cellulite that is welcome as well.
How can i make my body shape more of an hour glass?
I have a really athletic build and a pretty strong flat tummy, but my shape is really square. I really want to work on getting more of an hour glass shapely figure, how can i do it?
My body used to be hour-glass shaped, but not its turning pear shaped, how do i get my old body back?
so i used to be hour glass shaped. but now my hips are getting alot wider, idk what kind of work out i could do to get rid of the extra flabs on my hips. any ideas on how to get my old body shape back?
Is it true that Starvation mode is more about how much you eat then the calorie number?
I have always heard that starvation mode happens after your body doesn’t receive about 1200 calories a day. I just read now that it has nothing to do with the number of calories you eat, but rather you have food in your stomach and that you have food in your stomach more often then not. That seems to make alot more sence to me…
I am condsidered obese (by a BMI calculator ) though I appear to just be over weight. I’m a Mesomorph (Hour glass) body type (5’4 195) I have alot of muscle (I used to work out alot) i’m pretty solid, 22 year old female, and I have had a baby in 07. (Gained about 40 pounds and can’t seem to loose it despite all the excersice)
I’m making it my new years resolution to get back in shape. I’m not looking for a specific weight number, but looking for when i feel good and look my best. I would love to be 125, but i dont think that will happen, (it is my ideal weight for my height and body structure) but i never was 125 pre pregnancy, so i dont know if i can do that now.
I’m hoping to do cardio every other day, and eat 3 healthy meals a day, Cutting down on my heavey carb eating (Carbs seem to be my weakness)
I also intend to always nibble on raw veggies and fruit to keep my stomach always full. (No dressing, just raw veggies and fruit)
Do you think this diet will work? I want to try to maintain 1200 to 1500 a day, but i hope that nibbling often on the raw food one make me go over to much.

How to know what body shape you are?
I want to know how you can tell if you are curvy, skinny, voluptuous. and how to know what body shape you have. like pear-shaped, apple, hour glass. how can you tell which one you are?
