Would a granola bar and fruit be a healthy breakfast if I’m on a fatburning diet?
I’m 14 years old weigh, 5"3, weigh around nine and a half stone or 136 pounds and I want to loose some weight. I’m planning a diet and I was wondering would a granola bar and fruit be a healthy breakfast for me?
also if anyone could reccomend good tips for healthy dieting lunches or dinners it would be much apppreciated?
Is eating a little bit of chocolate a day going to ruin my diet?
I eat a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner but I can never manage to say no to a little bit of chocolate. I workout almost daily and I can’t help but have some. I’ve already cut out: milk, sodas, chips et cetera but it’s almost impossible for me to stop eating chocolate. Any suggestions? Lately I’ve just been getting a palmful or two of chocolate covered coffee grounds. Is that going to effect my diet that much?
Morning health shake ingredients for women?
I almost always skip breakfast since I don’t have a big appetite in the morning, and was wondering if there was a recipe for a health shake? I don’t mind buying protein powder and such, as long as its healthy.
I don’t really exercise, 98 lbs at 5 feet 2. Not looking to gain or lose weight. Just a healthy breakfast.
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
