Are there any weight loss programs that you’ve used to help increase the amount of weight you’ve lost? I’ve been on MediFast Health for awhile now and want to know if anyone else has used similar programs.

I have a question regarding women’s health. My doctor an I have decided that it I need to have a laparoscopy!
He feels i need to have a laparoscopy because he is highly confident that i have endometriosis and doesn’t want me to suffer in pain anymore…Thank Goodness. He really hasn’t gone into much detail about the surgery, so i have bee looking it up on the internet, but was wondering how long I was going to have to stay in the hospital????? because he said if it is endometriosis he is going to treat it the best he can while in there. Also, I don’t want to go home in a bunch of pain, especially when I have a 90 pound American Bulldog that thinks she is a lap dog. Your answers would be very appreciated. Thank you.

Someone asked whether childhood sexual abuse could bring on early menarche, and about a half dozen girls replied that it can’t. I was the only person with a reference–a respectable one mind you, Medline–who showed that the answer was yes, it could.
So I get a thumbs down.
The subject is health; doesn’t anyone care about science? Or is it all just a bunch of women sharing opinions and old wives’ tales?

Hi I’m a 26 year old mother of two and I had a question regarding women’s health. This all began to take place about 6 months ago. First my periods became very very heavy suddenly, then the pain with my period became almost unbearable. Then I started having pain just as bad the week before and during my period. It became painful to insert and remove tampons, to the point I was in tears and had to stop using them. Now with in the past two months every time me and my husband have intercourse not only is it painful (in some positions it brings me to tears) but I bleed. lightly to a medium bleed for a day or two after. Does anyone know what all this might mean? I’m worried something might be wrong, but we don’t have insurance so I want to make sure it’s not all in my head before I spend the money to see the doctor.
both my sons were delivered by unplained c-sections (if that makes a difference)

I bought Nature’s Bounty Your Life Women’s 45+ multivitamins thinking the 45+ referred to the number of vitamins’ & minerals in it bc the bottle didn’t explicitly say it was for that age range. I’ve only seen vitamins targeted towards 50+ when it came to vitamins for older folks, but when I checked their website, it is in fact for 45 yrs & older. I am in my early 30′s & wondering if it’s safe for me.

Don’t they realize how disgusting the smell of cigarette smoke is on the inside as well as the outside of your body? Not to mention how utterly stupid it is to ruin your health with tabacco products.
