Some 'down there' questions?!?

1) So, how do rotten fish smell and how does a musky scent smell? I’ve never smelled rotten fish so I wouldn’t know if my vagina has some infection. I wash it every day very gently with white Dial soap. It feels fresh and clean afterwards and I can only smell whatever the scent is when I get as close as I can.
2) What is a pantyliner?? I have no clue!
3) How many times a week should I sleep without underwear on?
Any tips?
Thanks in advance!
This is supposed to be a Yahoo! product question? Interesting . . . I think I’ll go with women’s health . . .

Can masturbation result into health problems like breast lumps? Women only?

does a girl who involve in masturbation frequently runs the risk of getting breast lumps? As it is often stated that the cause of such lumps is due to hormonal imbalance. According to many, masturbation is not detrimental to health but instead a source of pleasure. I just want to know whether there is a connection between masturbation and breast lumps. Please advice. Thanks

Is it bad for men to eat "women's health" food products?

So my gf bought a loaf of bread which is labelled "women’s wellbeing" bread that apparently has several things in it that are good for women’s health, including phytoestrogens. Does this mean I shouldn’t eat it? Is it bad for men to consume too many phytoestrogens in their diet??

What do you think is the best and healthiest feminine hygiene product for heavy periods and painful cramping?

Answers from females only please. I usually have heavy periods and a lot of painful cramping. I’m used to using tampons but since I’ve become more health conscious I’ve been starting to use anion love moon pads. I haven’t used them long enough to see if they would really help with my heavy flow or severe cramping but I like the fact that they’re quite absorbent and are odourless. They don’t smell like other brand names you can buy at the grocery store. I’ve been looking in to luna pads though, although the thought of reusable pads kinda puts me off a little bit but I’m not sure I want to keep using the toxic tampons and other feminine hygiene products with recycled materials that are bad for you anymore. I’ve read a couple reviews on luna pads saying it’s made their flow lighter, less painful and more manageable. I’ve tried diva cup before but I’m not sure it’s for me. I had trouble inserting it and probably didn’t do it right but for me I’m not sure how it would be comfortable and for someone with a heavy flow I’m concerned about leakage protection. Anyways what feminine products have you had a lot of success with? I guess every woman is different but it would be good to know anyways. Has anyone tried the products I’ve mentioned? If you have please let me know your opinion of the product.

What's the best motivator–depression or excitement–for successful weight loss?

If you’ve ever had a successful weight loss attempt, how was your mood at the beginning of it? Did you start a diet/exercise routine out of depression and disgust, or were you pumped up by the thought of your new lifestyle?

Right now I’m down in the dumps about the whole weight loss thing and tomorrow am starting yet another exercise routine out of necessity (health). I’ve about had it with dieting and trying to eat healthily. I see no light at the end of the tunnel.

Have you ever felt like that and ended up succeeding after all?

What are some good foods/supplements for women of childbearing age?

I had a miscarriage recently. Since then, my body has "stalled". I’m not having periods. What are some good foods or herbal supplements that promote women’s health that would prepare my body for future pregnancies? Any advice will help. Thank you!
