What is the best diet to go on to lose weight but not starve to death?
I’m looking to go on a diet to lose between 10-15 lbs. I sit in a cube for 9 hours a day, so it’s easy for me to be a snacker. I need to find a diet that will still allow me to eat healthily while I’m losing the weight. I know that the Atkins Diet is popular but, I heard that it can also be damaging to your health if you cut out all carbs. I also want to stay away from "crash dieting." I want something that I can stick with years down the road. Any ideas?
How often do Indian woman wash their hair?
American woman have really scampy, thin and damaged hair, from what I believe is overexposures to chemicals (daily shampooing, products, color)
Indian and European woman on the other hand have really really beautiful thick healthy looking hair. I know they dont wash every day and that attributes to its health, but does anyone (hopefully of Indian herritage) have any hair tips for me? besides the obvious like not heat styling. Im trying to regain its health (it has gotten thinner)

I was on heavy medications and living a very unhealthy live when I conceived…what should I do?
I was taking a powerful mood-stabalizing medication, drinking several cans of mountain dew and coffee daily, eating very unhealthily, and living a life of stress when I conceived…almost three weeks ago. I’m worried out of my mind- this pregnancy is unplanned, and my body was not prepared nor healthy in any way. What should I do? What are my chances of a healthy baby? If it were necessary to have an abortion in this early stage, would if affect my health and chances of pregnancy someday when I’m healthy and able?
