Are Chocolate weight loss fibre drinks bad for teenagers?
I have a 14 year old son who has got into a habit of drinking weight loss chocolate fibre drinks, are they harmful or bad for him to be drinking them.
Men and women, health issues.?
1) Do you drink water or not?
2) Do you drink soft beverages more than water?
3) Do you have the habit of eating junk food?
4) Do you eat healthy or not?
5) Would you marry someone who has health issues?
When you used the bathroom…
6) Have you had the habit of taking a ‘crap’ once a week? Is it normal?
7) Have you ever bleed while using the bathroom?
8) When you take a ‘whiz’, was it ever dark colored, like brown, orangish red?
9) Have you had the habit of vomiting nasty stuff?
What do you think of this for helping me diet?
Ok so, I’ve read that if you do someting for 21 days straight, it becomes habit. With all this stress from schooling starting, losing weight, and other personal stuff, the thought of dieting just makes me want to throw rocks at a wall. BUT, I must lose 30 lbs! So, I’ve been thinking, since for the past 7 months Ive unsuccesfully dieted and lost no weight, I figure I’ll stop stressing about the food for right now and just get myself into a workout routine that I’ll get used to and then it’s not like piling all the stress on at once, but gradually putting on more, you know? So I figure if I can get myself to do my workout routine and eat whatever I want, then after 21 days I’ll add on the diet, I’ll be more apped to want to do this for myself and I’ll stick with the diet for much longer. Do you agree or think this is all rubbish?
How much weight will I lose if I cut out diet soda?
I currently am not overweight. Always fluctuate 3-4 pounds and a little heavier in the winter, but I eat a good diet and exercise regularly. However, in the last 5 months I’ve began a habit of about 2.5 cans of diet soda a day. If I stop this and maintain my regular lifestyle will I lose weight? How long til I see a difference?
can the pill make you put on weight?
ive been on the pill for a little over a year now and it seems since ive been on it ive put on weight. im actually not a big person, in fact, im smaller than all my friends, except my stomach is always bloated.
it looks silly coz my arms, legs face everything is normal except my stomach. its out of proportion from the rest of my body. i don’t think its fat though, its not fubby or anything, it actually looks like im in the early stages of pregnancy, which im not. im really self conscious of it and i always suck my stomach in, ive got into the habit of it.
back to my question, could this be from my pill, nd do i think i should go off it for a while to see if things change?
the thing is, i went on the pill coz i have problems with my period nd i get really sick from it so my doctor prescribed it.
