what will i have to do to loss weight after 3months of running and walking but no results yet?

i need to loss at least 10lbs. i’m 37yrs, 5ft. 130lbs i have been contanstly exercising ( running, race walking ) everyday for 3 months now. i have also lessen my portions in my meals and cut off rice. I have fruits for lunch. i’m taking l-carnitine ( 500mg ) and green tea tablets to help my weight loss but i still haven;t lost any weight. my tummy is still bulky. i haven’t seen any difference.pls help me, i’m desperate. i only want to feel good even if i do not loss the entire goal, at least this time i should have at least seen or felt a slight changes in my efforts of exercising and healthy eating.

Green tea to aid weight loss – How many cups a day?

How many cups of green tea should i drink a day to help aid weight loss? I am not too keen on the taste – i think it tastes like soil, but i can force it down so its okay :) lol
I want to lose 8 lbs at a rate of 1-2 lbs a week and am controlling calories already.

Benefits of green tea in weight loss- what if you add honey?

I’ve read in numerous publications that green tea aids in burning fat for weight loss- are these benefits at all negated if you add a serving (1 TBSP) of honey to your drink?

How does this weight loss plan stack up?

Ok so I want to lose weight, plain and simple. I’ve done the research and I know what to do so thus, I have come up with my own weight loss plan and would like some opinions on it. Here it is:

First off, I am an 18 year old male, about 5’8" and roughly 190 lbs. I have lowered my daily calorie intake to roughly 1500 with a diet consisting mainly of salads, fruits, grilled chicken with small healthy snacks dispersed throughout the day. I would only drink water and green tea. So all in all, I would be eating every four or so hours (to keep the metabolism going).

I would also be working out every day for about an hour performing about 30 mins of eliptical aerobics and about 30 mins of a full body workout. (My goal here is to tone, not really body build.)

My only concern with my plan is the daily calorie intake. Is it too low? I figured that 1500 from food minus about 500 from working out would only give me a net of 1000, roughly. My goal is to get to 170 lbs, at least, in two months.
But the weird thing is, even though the calorie in take is pretty low, I don’t feel as hungry as I thought I would be…

But ok. If I increase the daily calorie intake to 2000, roughly, would I still be losing weight and toning my body fairly well? I would like to lose at least TWO pounds a week.

Do the green tea weight loss pills really work?

I just purchased a big bottle of green tea weight loss pills, do they really work? And any tips on weight loss?
THE POINT IS IM NOT LAZY, I DO WORK OUT, AND I DO EAT RIGHT, ITS JUST I NEED THE EXTRA BOOST TO CURB MY APPETITE @SS HOLE. IM NOT TALKING TO EVERYONE, IM ONLY TALKING TO THE GUY WHO ANSWERED FIRST.

What weight loss pill is most effective?

I know it is not the most healthy way to lose weight whatsoever.. but I am 19, 193 pounds, and very uncomfortable with my body. I have tried diet and exercise and even cut out soda for 5 months almost completely and drank water and green tea…I’ve still only lost about 20 lbs ( used to be 210). I want to be 160 or lower before summertime, and this is the only way I could do it. Which weight loss pill system would you recommendd, and how many pounds did you lose in a 3 month period?
