What is the best interval training program to really boost my weight loss/cardio fitness?
I am in fairly good shape and I usually run or walk at least 3 to 4 miles when I work out outside or at the gym. But, I have hit a bit of a plateau and I would love to recharge my weight loss. I have heard interval training is a great way to do this.
I have starting alternating between running/walking, but I am unsure about the times/sets.
Any suggestions?
What is a good diet/exercise i can do during the summer?
I’m not in really good shape and don’t have enough time during the school year to exercise. I am about 5 foot 3 inches and 147 lbs. I would like to lose 15 – 25 pounds. I do not have access to exercise equipment except for a treadmill and 5 lb weights. What is a good exercise and diet I can use for the whole summer? Also can I lose 15-25 lbs in 3 months?
Strange lingering belly fat?
I am 17 years old, 5’3 and about 116 pounds and my body is in pretty good shape. Basically, my whole body is thin except for my lower belly…
Ever since I was born I had a weird pooch of fat in my belly and after 17 years it still hasn’t gone away. I’ve seen many doctors about it but they seem to blow it off and just tell me to do sit-ups or crunches and my mom tells me the same. But its really weird that it still hasn’t gone away because I am fairly athletic and I’ve done crunches and such without any results. My aunt suggested that it might be a hernia but I’m surprised that any of my doctors never mentioned that as a possibility. Anyways, I’m just getting older and it is bothersome to have a nice body with a pooch in my belly that makes me look like I’m in the beginning stages of pregnancy. It’s just really bizarre looking. I was just wondering if anyone has any similar problems or knows anyone with similar problems who could give me advice or any exercise techniques that might help.

How can I improve my diet and gain weight?

I’m a rising senior in college and would like to improve my diet for several reasons. I’ve worked about about every day now for 8 years or so, so I’m in good shape but lately I feel like my body’s breaking down. I’m 5’11" and weigh about 135.
Ever since wrestling season my senior year in HS (3.5 years ago) I’ve struggled to keep my weight up. And whenever I DO put on weight I feel like it always goes straight to my stomach.
What’s the best way for me to put on weight and improve my diet so my weight goes to my whole body? I lift weights a lot also but for the last few years I’ve been strictly doing strength reps. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
What is the best traffic stopping booty you have ever seen on an average looking woman?
Man, I saw one in the bookstore the other day. God crafted one perfect bubble butt on this average looking woman in yoga pants. Looked like she was in good shape. Now how is a man supposed to concentrate on a book when that booty is putting him in a trance. A booty trance. I am one white guy who knows a nice booty when he sees it.
Oh, and she can be good looking too. Or even bad looking. Hell, I suppose a good booty could be attached to almost any type of woman. It is just more stunning/ surprising when it is on an average looking woman.
